We strive to provide our customers with a seamless experience, but we understand that there may be circumstances where you may need a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refund

BillYourTime offers refunds on subscriptions under the following conditions:

1.1 Request Timing: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the previous charge of your subscription.

1.2 Unsatisfactory Service: We aim to provide a high-quality service, but if you are unsatisfied with BillYourTime due to technical issues or performance, you may be eligible for a refund.

1.3 Duplicate Charges: If you have been mistakenly charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will promptly refund the duplicate charges. However, it could take as much as 60 days to receive your refund.

1.4 Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the date in which your subscription fee is collected. To cancel, email us at support@billyourtime.com and be sure to use the subject line “CANCELLATION REQUEST” and within the body of your email, provide the name and the email address associated with your account. After you request a cancellation in the manner described above, we will send you an email called a "cancellation confirmation" to the email address linked to your account. In this email, you'll find instructions on what to do to finish canceling your subscription. It's really important to follow these instructions. If you do not, your subscription will not be canceled.

2. Refund Limitations

2.1 Maximum Refund Amount: Refunds for BillYourTime will not exceed the price of a one-month subscription fee, regardless of the subscription plan purchased.

2.2 Pro-Rated Refunds: For monthly subscription plans, refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of days used. No refunds will be provided for any portion of a month used.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

3.1 Contact Support: Send an email to our Customer Support team at support@billyourtime.com and be sure to use the subject line “REFUND REQUEST” and within the body of your email, provide the name and the email address associated with your account. In addition, the body of your email must a brief explanation of the reason for the refund. After you request a refund in the manner described above, we will send you an email called a "refund confirmation" to the email address linked to your account. In this email, you'll find instructions on what to do to finish requesting your refund. It is really important to follow these instructions. If you do not, your refund request will not be reviewed nor processed.

3.2 Verification: Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to verify your eligibility for a refund.

3.3 Processing Time: Refund requests are typically processed within 60 business days of receiving all necessary information.
